Terms of Service

Agreement

By using PitchPilote, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

PitchPilote is an AI-powered presentation coaching tool. We provide feedback on your speaking based on transcripts you generate. The service is provided “as is” during early access and may change as we develop the product.

Your account

• You sign in via Google OAuth. You're responsible for your account security.
• One account per person. Don't share account access.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Your content

You own your content (slides, recordings, transcripts). We don't claim ownership of anything you create or upload. Presentation data stays in your browser — we only process transcripts temporarily for AI feedback.

Early access & trials

• Early access grants 30 days of Pro features at no cost.
• We may modify, extend, or end early access at our discretion.
• Discount codes (e.g. EARLYBIRD30) may have expiration dates or usage limits.

Acceptable use

Don't use PitchPilote to:

• Abuse, spam, or overload the service.
• Attempt to access other users' data or admin features.
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the platform.

Limitation of liability

PitchPilote is an early-stage product. We do our best but can't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI feedback, or uninterrupted service. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
